It’s one thing to learn something, but to feel comfortable using it is something else. Ren makes instilling confidence in students a top priority because we understand that knowledge is largely ineffective without it.

How do we inspire confidence? We do this through providing a lot of practice opportunities for a variety of different situations until the participant feels confident enough to leave our seminar and use it in their everyday business. We provide guidance and create easily recreated structures that will help even lower-leveled speakers interact effectively and confidently.

Ren instructors make creating a comfortable learning environment a top priority. We believe that fostering a friendly environment is key to encouraging participants to give their all and inspire them to continue to learn outside of seminars. Participants who have negative feelings toward English and lack confidence quickly realize that in our learning environment, learning and speaking English can be fun and not as stressful as they once thought.

This comfort then effects how the participant will continue to communicate in English. They will learn how to create the same type of atmosphere as the one we make in our seminars. This will ensure that they can make communication with foreign partners harmonious and fruitful.

All Ren instructors have business experience and understand the nuances of western business practices as well as how they compare to that in Japan. All instructors are familiar with the common issues that befall those participating in cross-cultural business communication as well as provide more detailed coaching to those who have more specific needs.

We provide an open door policy with our students so they feel comfortable coming to us whenever they have a question. This way we can ensure that if there is any difficultly or uncertainty, we can address it and help that student improve.
